Software for Travel and Hospitality

Agencies, vacation clubs and hospitality businesses. This is the one industry where we run our own products, so we know where travel bookings fall through.

Operations

Operational problems to solve

Common situations to examine during discovery with the people who do the work.

  • Customers can only book by phone.

The site shows great deals, then asks people to call. Anyone browsing at night, or who dislikes phone calls, leaves and books somewhere else.

  • Supplier inventory does not fit your website.

Rates and availability come from a supplier or booking platform, but its standard booking pages look nothing like your brand and cannot carry your own markup or offers.

  • Member pricing lives in a spreadsheet.

Vacation clubs promise members better rates. Without a login that shows them, staff quote prices by hand and members cannot check a price on their own.

  • Inquiries arrive when nobody is at the desk.

Travellers plan in the evening and on weekends. A question about a resort or a date change sits unanswered until morning, and by then they have moved on.

  • Leads scatter across inboxes.

Web forms, phone notes and social messages each land somewhere different. Nobody can see which traveller was promised a callback.

  • The sales list never says who to call today.

Years of past customers sit in a CRM that shows a long list. Without a ranked queue, the people most likely to book again are never called.

Software capabilities

Book online, price for members, answer at any hour

01

Search, choose and pay on your own pages

A booking widget calls the supplier or booking platform API through a small server layer, so credentials never reach the browser. Prices, markup and offers are applied before the customer pays, and a sold-out deal or an empty search returns a clear message instead of a dead end.

02

Member rates beside the public price

A member login shows the price a plan gives next to the public rate. Pricing rules live in one place, so staff and the member see the same number, and a member can check a price without phoning.

03

An assistant that answers from live data

A chat agent answers from your own content and from live availability, sends a booking link in your name and hands over to a person when it cannot help. Conversations are logged so missing answers can be added.

04

A daily call queue instead of a long list

Past customers are scored on simple signals from their history and served as a short queue: who to call today, who to revive, what to clean up. The original export is kept so the scoring can be re-run.

Security and implementation

Access rules belong in the architecture.

Keep supplier and payment credentials on the server and use processor-hosted payment fields. Limit member and traveller data by role, and define retention for passport or identity details if you collect them. Alert on a payment that succeeds when the booking behind it fails.

Security, confidentiality and IP ownership

Relevant technology choices

The final stack depends on existing systems, device requirements and data access.

FAQ

Travel and Hospitality questions

Can you connect to the booking platform or supplier we already use?

If it has an API you are allowed to use, usually yes. Our own products book through a travel supplier API and through an existing travel booking platform. We check the API’s access rules and limits with you before quoting.

Will a booking widget work on our current website?

Yes, that is the point of one. It sits inside the site you already have, so you do not need a rebuild. We have solved the styling and mobile problems that come with that on our own sites.

We sell a membership. Can members see their own rates?

Yes. A member login can show each member the prices their plan gives them, next to the public rate, which is what our vacation club booking app does. How your plan’s pricing rules work decides how much there is to build.

Can an AI assistant take bookings for us?

It can search live availability, answer in plain language and send the traveller a booking link in your name. Which steps it completes alone and which go to a person is set with you, and a person can always take over.

Do you build for hotels, restaurants and venues as well?

Yes. Hospitality businesses share the same needs: online booking, deposits, guest communication and a single view of who is coming. See also our pages on restaurants and hospitality, travel and tour operators, and events and venues.

Let’s talk about the system you need.

Tell us where the current process breaks down. We can map the workflow, examine the integration requirements and define a practical scope for the build.

  • A mutual NDA is signed before project details are shared.
  • Scope is fixed in writing before any build starts.
  • You own the source code, the IP and the documentation at delivery.
  • Support plans are available and tailored on a discovery or technical call.
