The context

The business behind the brief

Travel clients now ask AI tools to plan their trips, and a general chatbot sends them to a big booking site. Travel agents, influencers and small agencies send traffic to someone else’s booking page and lose the customer at the click.

Building their own booking flow on a supplier API is a developer job most of them cannot fund. YourLeadHub is a product built and run by our team to close that gap.

The challenge

What the system needed to solve

  • 01

Let an agency offer live hotel availability on its own website, in its own colours, without hiring a developer.

  • 02

Answer a traveller’s question in plain language with real rates, then hand the booking back to the agency instead of a third party.

  • 03

Keep supplier credentials on the server so they never reach a visitor’s browser, while the widget runs inside someone else’s page.

  • 04

Run accounts, subscriptions and an admin area for the business behind the tools, and keep unfinished tools off sale until they pass an end-to-end test.

The solution

From requirements to working software

Delivered functionality and implementation boundaries.

01

A booking widget that drops into any site

The agency styles the widget in a live configurator, choosing colours, layout and search tabs and watching the result change, then adds it with one snippet of code. For sites where pasting code is not an option, a WordPress plugin does the same job. The widget loads inside the customer’s page as a framed panel or a floating button.

02

A chat agent that answers with live availability

A website chat agent searches live hotel availability, answers in plain language and sends the traveller a booking link in the agency’s name. The conversation ends with the agency, not with a stranger’s checkout page.

03

One platform behind both tools

One web application does three jobs: the public marketplace, each customer’s dashboard and an admin area. Our server talks to the travel supplier API and holds the credentials, so they never reach the browser.

04

Billing and operations

Accounts, subscriptions and billing run through Stripe. Admin tools manage customers and their tools day to day, and a tool that is not finished stays off sale until it passes an end-to-end test.

Core functionality

What the product lets people do

  • Hotel booking widget added to any website with one snippet
  • WordPress plugin for sites where pasting code is not possible
  • AI chat agent that answers with live availability and a booking link under the agency’s name
  • Live configurator for colours, layout and search tabs
  • Accounts, subscriptions and billing through Stripe
  • Admin dashboard for managing customers and their tools

Technical implementation

Architecture and system boundaries

One web application serves the public marketplace, each customer’s dashboard and an admin area. The widget loads inside the customer’s page as a framed panel, or as a floating button added by a small script, and talks to our server. The server holds the supplier credentials so they never reach the browser. Stripe handles subscriptions; the WordPress plugin is the route for sites that cannot take a code snippet.

Business impact

The delivered outcome

  • Agencies can see the widget working in a live configurator before they pay
  • An agency can put an AI booking agent on its own site without a developer
  • Bookings are handed back to the agency instead of a third-party site
  • Tools that are not finished stay off sale until they pass an end-to-end test
